Job Description

A hybrid permanent opportunity working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home for a customer focused individual who is confident at building relationships with clients and enjoys picking up the phone to promote service!

This is a hybrid role working 35 hours per week, with a excellent benefits package very close to Cardiff centre.


Key duties and responsibilities


Handle Inbound calls and making outbound calls in a professional manner ensuring that customers' needs are identified and met.
Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers to develop relationships and offer the best solution for their requirements.
To build and maintain relationships and provide accurate and up to date information.
Proactively reach out to new and existing customers by making outgoing calls.
Complete strategic new business prospecting to identify areas of opportunity and growth.
Follow up calls to existing customers to build relationships and establish further requirements.

What skills are needed:

Experience of working in a sales and/or customer services environment.
Ability to provide exceptional service to customers

A good relationship builder who really enjoys picking up the phone and working in a busy team.
A positive, proactive approach with excellent communication and questioning skills
Have the desire to work for a leading charity and passionate about making a difference.
