As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll be the first person people speak to when they've bought a new appliance and would like to register their warranty policy. You'll talk them through the process, answering any questions they have along the way. You'll also make the most of every call, by developing a complete understanding of their current needs and giving the customer information about all their available warranty options.
A skilled sales professional, you'll thrive on targets and love to be challenged; but you'll always put the customer first too. You'll understand the customer's perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport.
