Customer Sales Advisor

Location; Brighton

Salary; £19,300 - £21,158 + up to £4,900 bonus per annum

** Start dates available 29th July and 27th August **

About the role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be making calls to existing customers and build up a relationship with them using your natural rapport building skills. You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them and introduce them to warranties to protect their current products.

With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.

So what do you need?

You will make sure that the customer`s interests come first.

You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport by being a people person who likes to talk but listen!

Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be flexible and be able to adapt to working different hours as and when required.

Your working hours will be;

11am - 8pm Monday to Thursday
11am -6pm Friday
9am-5pm 2 x Saturdays per month (weekday off in lieu)
