Job Description

At Brook Street we are looking for a Customer Sales Manager in Havant.

The primary role is to deliver exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries promptly, and fostering long-term relationships. Increasing customer spending through product knowledge and tailored solutions is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and promptly communicate any issues.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Respond to inquiries and offer after-sales support, maintaining precise records.
  • Up-sell additional products/services to increase order values.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
  • Encourage e-commerce orders and report stock issues promptly.
  • Validate and maintain CRM data, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Promote best practices within the team.
