Job Description
My client based in Wigan is looking for a team of customer service agents to join their ever expanding team, Providing excellent customer service to all new and existing clients with bookings & query`s.
You will be the first point of contact for any customer needing support or advice with orders, over the telephone, email, live web chat and social media platforms.

-LIVE WEB CHAT EXPERIENCE & CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED
Shifts will be on a rotating rota Monday- Friday 08:00-16:00, 12:00-20:00 & 16:00-00:00

Monday - Friday 16:00 - 00:00
