Role - Customer Service
Duration - Long term roles for 6 months or longer
Pay - £8.72 per hour
Location - East Sussex
Hours - Full time Mon, Wed and Fri 10am till 6pm and Tues and Thurs 12pm till 8pm
Also working 1 Saturday per month

We are currently looking for confident, driven, pro active and keen staff that are available immediately who are interested in supporting a company locally with a variety of outbound calls. This outbound customer service role in the fundraising department will involve volume daily outbound calls. This is a fundraising role which means that previous experience in a similar role is ideal however not essential. You need to have a clear and confident tone to be able to communicate confidently. Full training will be given.

While working in a friendly and supportive team you`ll be calling existing customers who have accounts to new clients who have shown an interest in the organisation through requesting information and giving donations. You`ll be provided with excellent training which will give you the confidence to succeed and make use of exciting progression opportunities within the company.

This role is to start in January and will be for a 6 month duration with the possibility to extend.
Paid weekly with holiday pay as a benefit.
