Excellent Long Term Temporary Opportunities - due to the training the candidate must be available for 5 - 6 months and these roles may progress to Fixed term contracts for the right candidates
£10.09 - with additional shift allowance for nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
These opportunities are 37.5 hours per week across a 24 hours / 7 days a week 4-week rota period - You must be fully flexible to work all shifts including some Bank Holidays (please do not apply if you can't)
Ideally you must be able to drive due to location of work and be willing to travel to a different North West location for training - free parking on site
Due to the recent Covid19 outbreak we are looking for reliable and committed individuals to support the exceptional NHS Staff within the Ambulance Service control Hubs
You will be working in a very busy office in Broughton, taking emergency and non-emergency calls from the general public, Ambulance Staff, Medics and other Emergency Services Personnel
It will be your responsibility to ask deal with challenging situations calmly and with patience before progressing them through the right channel. You may also be dealing with dispatches of Ambulances, dealing with the radio, GP/Hospital admission and bookings and lots more.
This is a vary varied and challenging role.
We are looking for strong professional applicants with exceptional customer service skills, this must be demonstrated on your CV. You must be good at communicating with all different types of people. You must be patient and have lots empathy and the ability to make decisions on your own when needed. You must be proactive and enjoy working in a bust and demanding environment.
You must be able to provide us with full referencing and you pass a Criminal Records Check.
