Job Description

Customer Care Executive
20-22k depending on background
Based in Watford

Are you extremely customer focused and have a can-do attitude? Would you like to work In a company that supports you with fantastic training? My client is looking for Customer Care Executives. You will be required to Support the company operations by helping to maintain office CRM systems with general administrative tasks and customer service telephone support.


Duties to include:
o To deal with customer enquiries as required from time to time in a timely and efficient manner.

o To call customers who require an Outbound Call to process their order or payment and deal with same in a timely and efficient manner.

o To assist with providing technical support to our customers regarding line and broadband faults, full training given, plus easy to follow Q&A template.

o To log all verbal or written communications with customers within CRM (email, web submits, letters and faxes) ensuring that responses are made in a timely manner.

o Import and export of data to and from CRM system and supplier portals.

o Manually enter data in to CRM system and supplier portals.

o To attend relevant training events and meetings as required.

o Any other duties as appropriate to the post.


Skills/Qualifications:
o Excellent telephone manner, reporting and communication skills with general knowledge of Word and Excel.
o A background in Customer services and care
