**Permanent Customer Service Role**

My client is looking for a team of customer service agents to join their ever expanding team, providing excellent customer service to all new and existing clients with bookings & query`s.

You will be the first point of contact for any customer needing support or advice with orders, over the telephone, email, live web chat and social media platforms.
-CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
-GOOD LISTENING SKILLS
-EMPATHETIC
-GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK
-LIVE WEBCHAT EXPERIENCE IS DESIREABLE

SHIFT PATTERN
Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21:00hrs
£19,425
