Customer Service Advisor- Temp to perm
The main purpose of the role is to provide customer service support, dealing with any queries and complaints from customers.
You will receive telephone calls, emails and letters from customers with enquiries across all the business within the group. Attention to detail is really important as you will need to record everything including work in progress and delivery times.
Completing written correspondence and recording all ongoing issues.
You should have an excellent telephone manner with good communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative in solving problems.
Good IT Skills are important and the ability to compose written correspondence to customers.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0900-1700
