Our utility based client has a vacancy for an Inbound Customer Advisor to join their team
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week
The successful applicant will assist in the administration and planning of asset maintenance work, handle effectively a variety of incoming telephone calls providing an efficient and effective service to existing and potential customers. Recording customer and job request details on company systems and initiating appropriate responses
For shortlisting purposes, you must clearly display at least one years' relevant experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries. Relevant administrative experience, excellent IT skills, ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision, ability to multitask various activities and excellent communication skills including a polite & friendly telephone manner.
The essential criteria for this roe, is that you must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or
equivalent) grade C or above including Maths and English.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.91 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
