Role: Customer Services - 9 Month Contract
Salary: £18,600 rising to £19,250 after 6 months
Hours: Monday - Friday shifts between 9am and 7pm and 1 in 2 Saturday`s 9am - 1pm with time off in lieu

We are currently looking for keen and enthusiastic individuals to join an exciting customer service team in the heart of Brighton. You will be responsible for responding to customers queries, processing customers requests and providing customers with relevant information in regards to changes to products, processes and procedures.
All interviews will be done via Teams with successful candidates being invited to start on Wednesday 28th July. There is also potential for the role to go permanent after the initial 9 month contract is completed. Your first 4 weeks training will be based in their office and then you will be offered the opportunity to work from home.
