Customer Service, Fixed term contract (Immediate start until March 2022)

Fully Remote Working (Working from Home), Salary £19,373

We have an excellent opportunity to join the NHS, supporting the general public by resolving problems they encounter with their COVID 19 vaccination records. In this important role you will assist members of the general public who are trying to access vaccine bookings, vaccine pass services or require amendments to their vaccine status.

By providing excellent customer service and maintaining the trusts high standards, you will be helping people navigate their way through uncertain times by making future bookings or prove their COVID 19 vaccination status.

Working as part of a remote team Call Centre team, you will need to be comfortable using a range of databases and web-based applications to investigate errors and make amendments. Crucial to this role is that you are ICT literate, have excellent customer service skills, can use multiple systems, have great attention to detail and are able to work shifts and some weekends.

The service runs from 7am - 7pm, 7 days a week, and shifts will typically involve working 3 in 5 weekends. You must be available to work full time during the first week for training.

As well as remote working and a great salary, you will be enrolled on a NEST pension scheme and receive 27 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays. Technology will be provided.

Start dates are the 9th August, 16th August, 23rd August, 6th September and 13th September.
