Position: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £21,000
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (hours flexible between 8am to 6pm)

Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Peterborough City Centre for a Customer Service Assistant. The client presents a spacious office which has been redecorated to create a modern and trendy feel!
We are on the hunt for confident, driven, and experienced customer service individuals.
Are you customer orientated with an excellent telephone manner and people skills?

The main duties of the customer service assistant role are:

• First point of contact for any queries and will be communicating both by telephone and by email
• Developing relationships with candidates and really getting the best out of others
• You will also be assisting with CV screening and resourcing for up-and-coming roles
• General administration duties
• Updating the company's database

The successful candidate will have:

• Customer service skills (1-2 years' experience) or call centre experience
• Good telephone manner
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Computer skills
