Temporary Contract - Customer Service

Start ASAP - minimum one month but very possibly extended
£11-13 per hour (depending on experience) + holidays

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated reliable individual to join a head office team based in Enfield. Duties to include:

" Front desk reception
" Answering the phone
" Updating clients on vehicles booked for work
" Book in Vehicles for repair/service
" Liaising with the workshop
" Plus, many other duties

You will be talking to clients to deliver a service, ensuring that they have the best customer service experience every time they call.

The working hours are Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays:

6am - 2.30pm Week 1
10.30am - 7pm Week 2
6am - 12pm Saturdays

The role would suit someone with the following: flexible, loyal, hardworking, good communicator, computer literate, work as part of a team and strong customer service.
Automotive experience an advantage.
