Customer Services Representative (Currently Remote Working)

6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Possibility to extend.

£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Have you got excellent customer service with great communication skills? My client is looking for a full time customer service representative to start as soon as possible on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Currently working from home you will be provided will all necessary tools to ensure you are able to complete your duties. The successful candidate must be prepared to start working in the office in the future when the company implement their return to work policy.

Brook Street is pleased to be working with a highly successful Hampshire based manufacturer who is looking someone to join its growing Customer Services team based in Southampton.

The successful applicant will be part of a small team, working to drive the customer's needs and enquiries in order to ensure on-time delivery performance is managed to a high standard.

Who`s right for the job?

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, clear, confident and professional telephone manner, strong objection handling skills and the ability to excel under pressure. As a key member of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will have proven customer service experience and be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written skills.

Skills crucial to success in this role:

• Direct customer contact experience (Verbal)
• Professional experience in Customer Service
• Good working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Working understanding of SAP / ERP systems

In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive salary of between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The hours will be 37.5 per week.
