Job Description
Amazing opportunity to join a fun, energetic and growing company as a customer support advisor! You will be first point of contact for customers, ensuring a 5* service. This is an entry level role and would suit someone who has a minimum of 1 years experience.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (Office based)
Full time, permanent
£18,000 - £20,000 DOE
Main duties but not limited to;
o First point of call for all inbound calls.
o Maintain accurate records on CRM.
o Undertake proposition demonstrations via the telephone and remote on-line tools.
o Respond to basic service queries.
o Research and keep updated on industry developments.
o Liaise with colleagues to maintain product knowledge.
Person specification;
o Competent on Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word etc.)
o Excellent telephone manner
o Strong communication skills both written and oral
o Customer service experience is essential
o Team player
