Position: Customer Service / Call Handler
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £18,069 +
Hours: Full Time, 39 hours per week Monday to Sunday 5 days out of 7

Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Peterborough for a Call Handler. The client presents a spacious office with a modern and trendy feel!

The main duties of the Customer Service / Call Handler role are:

• First point of contact for any queries and will be communicating by telephone while following a script
• Providing excellent customer service and escalating any complaints where necessary
• Contacting customers and updating them on their orders and deliveries
• General administration duties

The successful candidate for Customer Service / Call Handler will have:

• Customer service skills (can include retail and hospitality)
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• Happy to work weekends now and then as well as up to 8pm on weekdays now and then
