" SALARY: £20,508.00 per annum plus BONUS
" FULL TIME: PERMANENT
" HOURS: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00) with occasional weekend work
" LOCATION: Belper, DE56

THE JOB:
" Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
" Dealing with customer enquiries
" Booking engineers
" Liaising and communicating with clients

THE successful CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Confident and clear telephone manner
" Previous customer service experience
" Shows initiative in problem solving
" Basic IT skills
" Great communication skills
" Enthusiasm to learn, grow and progress within a team
