Job Description
Our reputable client in Seacroft is in need of additional support within their Bookings Team due to internal progression. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity as a full time Bookings Coordinator. The role is ongoing temp with the potential to go perm for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
" Liaising with customers and engineers on the phone
" Booking in installation appointments with engineers
" Ringing customers to arrange and confirm appointments
" Liaising with the scheduling team surrounding engineer availability
" Booking and closing down jobs on the internal system
We're looking for a candidate with a passion for customer engagement and who can build a rapport on the phone! You'll be a strong communicator and enjoy working to team targets and KPI's. Previous experience with Customer Service is essential.
In return our client offers an hourly rate of £8.89
