Job Description

Do you have Customer Service experience within an FCA regulated organisation?
Great attention to detail and communication skills? Looking for an opportunity with a company that supports you with career progression?

If so, our well-established client in Bradford is looking for Consumer Claims Representatives.

You will be dealing with claims and general enquiries received from consumers, dealerships and internal customers, with a focus on providing the best outcomes for both the consumer and the business. Your aim is to deliver outstanding products and services to clients, partners and consumers through innovation, niche expertise, and unparalleled service.

In return the company will offer:

Salary: £21,000
Pension Group Personal Pension Plan
Insurance Free Life Insurance 4 x annual salary
Holidays 25 days plus statutory Bank Holidays
Hours 37½ hours a week (to include one Saturday in 3 with a day off in lieu)

There would be 6 weeks training in the office (with Covid guidelines in place) and then this would move to a hybrid working model.
