Our client based in Hemel Hampstead are looking for a Customer Service agent to join a busy department. They are a leading fixed line, data and mobile telecommunications provider for resellers. Specialising in assisting telecom and data businesses and make the transition from dealer to reseller.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow. Prior experience in the telecoms industry is not required as you will be trained on the job. This role is best suited to a confident and ambitious individual looking for a starting point in customer service, where the right person will be supported to develop their skills with the opportunity to progress within the company.

Your duties will include: customer orders from start to finish by email and phone, tracking customer orders and updating, liaising with suppliers and engineers, dealing with incoming enquires, processing orders and updating customer services accounts notes.

The most important requirement for our client is an excellent attitude and willingness to learn. We are looking for some with Strong communication skills, positive and good computer skills with some office experience or dealing with equines.

You package: £19k salary, department bonus £250 after probation, Employee Ownership annual bonus following 12m qualifying period, Friendly, passionate team & working environment, Pension scheme, Regular funded staff social events and 28 days off including bank holiday and free car parking.

Mon to Fri 8.30am-5pm, office-based and permanent role.
