Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Service Co-Ordinator on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent!

The job purpose is to provide support to the Midlands North West Service client base and team of regional engineers. Service call management, order processing, quoting and ordering parts.

Pay rate - £8.65ph

Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch (40 hours per week)

Location - Warrington

The role will include:

o Logging new calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module
o Creating sales orders and booking out parts required
o Invoicing completed works
o Creating quotes for new works/repairs
o Liaising with clients, engineers and other departments where required
o General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service Department.

Person Specification:

o A good working knowledge of SAP, Word & Excel
o Professional and courteous telephone manner
o Good communication and teamwork skills are essential
o The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o Excellent administrative and organisational skills
