Our client based near Rawdon are looking for a customer service advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Within the role you`ll take inbound calls from customers and book appointments for them.
You`ll also make outbound calls to existing customers.
Managing several diaries and ensuring all information is up to date.

We`re looking for a confident candidate, with experience in a busy customer facing role.
Ideally you`ll have some office based customer service experience.

Our client offers a salary for £15,268 - rising to £16,000 in April 2019.
Due to the location of this role candidates ideally should have their own transport, there is free onsite parking.
