Our Client, a unique and highly influential national service, is recruiting for helpline advisors to join their team. The helpline provides a single point of contact, telephone and email advice, information and support to supporters, members of the public and professionals wishing to access the service.

This role is in a busy, customer service focused environment, providing helpline support. You will directly liaise with various national agencies to ensure each contact is shared appropriately, Acting as first point of contact to the public and professionals who need the support from the service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
-Passion for providing excellent customer service
-Building a rapport with external and internal stakeholders
-The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
-Great organisation and prioritising abilities
-Good IT skills.

Are you a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner? Able to work calmly and under pressure? Have good organisational & administration skills? Have a strong attention to detail? Are computer literature including in MS Office packages? Are keen to learn new skills and develop? Well this is the job for you!

This is a challenging yet very rewarding role, and no shift is the same.

This is on a temporary contract for 12 weeks to start the middle of March and will based on a full-time shift pattern. Shifts will range from 9am- 10pm, so all candidates must be willing to work these shifts.
