Due to massive company growth and expansion we are looking for excellent customer service representatives to work in a funky fresh new office in LEICESTER city centre

You will be joining a great team of talented folk and you will responsible for assisting with a broad range of duties from new business calls, dealing with campaigns, billing questions and queries, helping with smart meter queries.
You will never be treated by us as just a number and nor do our customers. Each team manages its own data base therefore each customer is special to us and must feel exceptionally valued by your outstanding customer service skills

Full training is given, although we are looking for special individual GEMS "go the extra mile" People who have the ability to think quickly and are self-aware, building rapport easily.
