Job Description

I have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service representative to join my client in their expanding company based in Eccles.

They are looking for additional staff to work within their customer service department delivering outstanding Customer service to all customers.

Duties include

Answering Telephone calls from customers
Transferring internal calls
Responding to customer emails across all on-line retail shops.
Processing orders over the phone and through our business system, NetSuite
Meeting and greeting visitors

Candidate should be competent in the following:-

Excellent telephone manner.
Customer focused.
Able to deal with customer`s complaints / problems.
Have a professional caring manner.
Turn a customer`s negative into a positive.
Computer / IT skills.
GCSE level maths and literacy

They are also looking for a positive `can do` attitude. You will need to be flexible to work Monday - Sunday as there is a shift pattern in place.
