Job Description

A Public Sector body in Ashford are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy office.

This is a temporary position for 6 months initially.

You will be working on their IT Service Desk providing guidance/support and handling incident requests.

Previous experience in IT is not required, however an interest in technology would be beneficial. Full training will be provided.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication, a good telephone manner and able to deliver high quality customer service at all times.

Previous experience working in customer service, administration or call centre environments is beneficial.

You will be required to work 37 hrs per week Mon-Fri, on a shift pattern with the core hours being between 8am - 6pm. (on-call is not required)

£9.28 Ph ... due to rise to £10.79Ph after 12 weeks of working.
