An exciting opportunity is available to work with my Client in the Public Sector. They are looking for 2x staff members for a temporary ongoing assignment.
You will be providing customer services over the telephone and/or face to face dealing with lost or stolen documentation along with all relevant administration duties. You must have good attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure correct decisions are made when cancelling documentation.
You must provide a pleasant and efficient customer facing and/or telephone service to all staff and customers. This will include cashiering, query resolution, process digital reports of lost or stolen documentation accurately and efficiently. Undertake any task as directed by a team leader to support work flow.
Experiencing of working on the telephone and dealing with customers face to face. Willingness to achieve SLA's, basic literacy and numeracy skills, IT literate, effective verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary £8.26 p/h increasing to £9.26 p/h after 12 weeks. Working Hours - Saturday 09.00-15.00 (6hrs) - Monday - Friday 4 evenings a week 16.30-20.30 - (4hrs) evenings worked to be decided.
