Customer Service Advisor
Temporary until Christmas ( 20th December )
Salary : £17,500 ( paid weekly )
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
My client is a market leading, family run manufacturer supplying specialist retailers, contractors and interior designers with furnishing products, both off the shelf and made to measure.
The customer service advisor role within the sales department encompasses a variety of telephone and administration duties, including:
" Dealing with customers by both Telephone & Email
" -Taking orders and inputting them onto the system for despatch
" -Giving advice on products and services.
" -Providing delivery & stock information
" -Resolving customer queries using our in house help desk and CRM systems
" The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
" -Previous experience in a customer service environment
" -Friendly and confident manner
" -Computer literate
" -Desire for excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude
" -Flexible approach
