We're a leading name when it comes to Vapes and E-cigarettes as well as some awesome CBD products and we're looking for a somebody to join our Customer Service team to keep our customers happy!
Based in London we have a large customer base from our E-commerce website with repeat orders and regular customers. With a high volume of orders coming in and going out we need to expand our Customer Service team to keep up with the demand!
We also off great staff discounts on all our products, so if its an area that you're passionate about we could be the perfect place for you.
Your new Customer Service role is inbound based with aftersales enquiries coming in via e-mail and on the phone. It's down to you to resolve these issues taking ownership of each customer and resolving any problem that may have presented itself.
You will receive plenty of training on our products as well as staying on top of future developments so you also get to handle pre-sale technical product queries too.
We deal with Vapes -E-Cigarettes and CBD products so we're really after somebody who is happy to not only represent us but to really buy into what we do too. We want somebody who is great with customers, happy to help and eager to please.
We want somebody who can keep up to date with product knowledge and has some great admin skills as well for keeping track of issues on our CRM system. If you have a background with E-commerce that would be amazing too!
