A Public Sector body in Ashford are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy office.
This is a temporary position due to run till the 31/12/19 initially, with the chance to extend.
You will be working on their IT Service Desk providing customer service. Previous IT expereince is not required as full training will be provided.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication, a good telephone manner and able to deliver high quality customer service at all times.
Previous experience working in customer service, administration or call centre environments is beneficial.
You will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week Mon-Fri, with shifts of either 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm.
£9.28 Ph ... due to rise to £10.79Ph after 12 weeks of working.
