We are a student accommodation establishment who look after 13000 students across the country we don't want to be viewed as faceless, nameless landlords. Your duties will be to be the lead point of contact during out of hours within the Village regarding customer service, Village Life, accommodation enquiries and bookings, health & safety and maintenance support.
confidence and a proven track record in customer service is ideal along with proficient use of MS office is essential
Standard DBS will be processed on application along with 2 years references.
the Salary is 13.50 per hour full time shifts and will be on a 4 day on 4 day off basis and will cover weekends. Full Tim is 42 hours per week and part time is 24
