Job title: Customer Services Adviser
Hours: 37.5 no shift
Location: Cheltenham

My client is an internationally recognised development business that due to growth require an additional customer services adviser. The business have a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Customer Services Adviser responsibilities:

" Be able to provide general admin support
" Handle effectively a large volume of calls from callers on a daily basis

Customer Services Adviser desired Skills and Experience:

" Minimum of 1 years` experience in a call centre
" Handling of fifty or more calls per day
" Must be IT literate - particularly with Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook & data input
