My client based in High Wycombe are offering a fantastic opportunity for a customer service representative seeking a new exciting challenge.

You will be receiving a high volume of inbound calls and taking bookings and updating information on the reservation system. You will Provide excellent customer service ensuring customer queries are resolved and order entries are maintained on a timely basis to meet the companies goals. Additionally, you will chase overdue extensions and update reservations.
