Our client has been really busy over the last few weeks and is now looking to grow their team with 3 reliable customer service temporary staff to work in their South shields office.
They have made adjustments to the workplace with screening around each work area and have the space to maintain full social distancing at all times.
A 4 minute walk from the station and close to bus depots there is also a free car park on site for those with their own transport.
For this job you will need to be a strong communicator with excellent telephone skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with an energetic team.
You must feel comfortable in contacting students and graduates by telephone to complete surveys which will reflect on their educational experiences. We will need you to be engaging, professional and positive to get the best out of the calls.
Training will be given but you will be expected to be self motivated and able to meet hourly targets.

You will then be invited to a 4 hour trial at our client`s South shields office.
