Job Description
**Temp to Perm Customer Service Role**
My client is looking for a team of customer service agents to join their ever expanding team, Providing excellent customer service to all new and existing clients with bookings & query's.
You will be the first point of contact for any customer needing support or advice with orders, over the telephone, email, live web chat and social media platforms.

-GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK
-LIVE WEBCHAT EXPERIENCE IS DESIREABLE
You must be able to travel to Wigan for 1 week's training Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00
SHIFT PATTERN
Monday - Friday 16:00 - 00:00 (Remote working)
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
