I am working with a marketing leading transport company based in Halifax who are looking for customer service advisors for their operational team.
The ideal candidate must be a methodical and pro-active person, who enjoys a challenging role within a busy pressurised environment.
The role will involve handling a large number of calls and emails from customers regarding issues, deliveries and concerns with their product, so having a key eye for detail and excellent relationship building skills are a necessity!
Experience within the freight or transport industry would be a distinct advantage, however my client are prepared to consider candidates from other scheduling and customer service industries.
As my client is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week this role will cover a rotating shift pattern including days, nights and weekends, so flexibility is key for this role.
My client are offering a starting salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 plus a shift allowance of £1,116 and an attendance bonus of £1,070 paid monthly and quarterly.
