Job Description
The role & responsibilities:
To support and assist the operations department in an organised and accurate manor to optimize performance and increase efficiency.
* Assist with project scheduling, aftercare and client correspondence
* Order, record and maintain materials such as tools, uniform and other stock
* Responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles
* Liaising with third parties - booking scaffolding, lifting equipment and overseeing our weekly deliveries * Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Required:
* High level of verbal and written communication skills
* Customer service experience
* PC literacy - knowledge and experience of MS Office suite
* English and Math's GCSE
* Strong self-motivation with an appetite for learning & development
* Organised and methodical
