Job Title: Customer Service Admin

Salary: £20,400 plus quarterly bonus

Contract: Permanent

We're recruiting for confident and resourceful individuals to join the Wren Kitchens in Barton Upon Humber.

About Wren:

About the Role:

The role of a Customer Care Administrator is to provide all Wren customers with positive experiences, being pro-active and helping customers with a product query or arranging a delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage an order bank of installation jobs and record information at all stages of the process.
  • Proactively resolving customer queries and issues through various channels of communication.
  • Taking ownership of each customer contact to provide the best resolution.
  • Provide all Wren customers with an exceptional and inspirational experience.
  • Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist stores with any related queries or concerns relating to the systems or processes.
  • Identify and report on processes that could result in a poor customer experience.
