Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in the Cardiff area on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Processing Sales Orders and liaising with the warehouse staff to ensure a prompt delivery to the customer.
- Chasing deliveries and ensuring the customer has received their items as promised
- Check stocks and update stock lists
- Ensure excellent customer service, delighting the customer on every call
- Provide reports to customers as required
