I have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Associate Administrator to join an energetic team and become part of a global company. This is an exciting time to join and my client has a lot offer the successful candidate. There are six people in the team you'll be working with and they need someone who is a team player, good on the phone, who can handle working under pressure.
You should have three to four years administration experience, able to think on your feet. You should be customer orientated and an excellent communicator. The team use a bespoke SAP B1 system, and ideally my client would prefer someone with this experience, but not essential as there will be a comprehensive training plan on joining the company.
You will be producing customer orders, sending quotes and building positive relations with clients within set timeframes. Ordering items from UK distributors, requesting drawings/CAD templates, requesting information and quotations from locations in UK, USA and Switzerland. Responsible for office administration, answering customer queries on orders and deliveries, collaborating with the warehouse to ensure accurate preparation and despatch of export orders and processing shipping documentation. You will also be providing service and support to the field sales team.
Hours: 8.45am to 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday. There is also a flexi-time working system available which would be discussed on joining.
Salary: £24,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience.
