Job Description

Location - Aylesford
Start Date - Asap
Duration - Long term Temp to possible Permanent Position.
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm - 40 hours per week
Temp Pay - £9 - £10.50 per hour
Salary - £17,000 - £22,000 per annum
Free Parking

We are looking for a strong office administrator who has great communication skills who has ideally worked within the utilities industry.

We are looking for a hard working, motivated and confident individual to organise, prioritise and manage a busy working schedule.

This is a busy office based role which will include organising engineers, updating Excel spreadsheets and updating a bespoke system with estimation of jobs and finishing times. Confident using MS Excel is essential.

Duties will include
-Viewing and organising worker packs
-Updating and maintaining internal and external databases
-Contacting and booking in engineers
-Managing a diary of engineers and sub contractors
-High levels of customer service skills
-Experience with Excel Spreadsheets
-Managing any issues
-Liaise with Supervisors to obtain updates and provide general administration duties as and when required
