A local employer based in Romsey is looking for a number of temporary staff to work for 3 months on a project.
If you have customer service experience, a confident telephone manner, strong email skills, including good literacy and spelling then this role could be ideal for you.
This role is NOT a sales based position, the role involves dealing with customer enquires over the phone and by email once a sale has taken place, so could be a return, faulty product, compliant, delay in delivery etc
40 hours a week including one late, working 5 in 7 days, so may include one day of the weekend. This role will involve some time on the office and also working remotely from home.
£8.80 per hour, free parking and the potential to apply for a permanent role.
