Our client is looking for a customer service administrator.
They are based just outside of Bradford city centre. This is a full time temp to perm position and the hourly pay rate for the role is £9.23.
Our client receives hundreds of app claims and emails a day and needs customer service advisers to respond to these in a professional manner advising customers of the next steps of their application.
The successful candidates will need strong admin skills and advanced skills with both word and outlook. Experience in a financial setting is an advantage.
Training is provided to ensure you are fully aware with how to respond to customers/clients requests.
As this is a temp to perm position you will be required to digitally register.
