Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Coventry (CV2)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
Pay: £9.24 - £9.75 (DOE)
Duration - Temporary to permanent
Within your new role, your main duties will include:
· Providing quotations to our customers in a timely and efficient manner
· Follow up on previous quotations.
· Liaise with our Gateway pricing team for prices.
· To be able to communicate clear with our service centres and provide an excellent service to our customers.
" Ensure all information on the system is up to date always will 100% accuracy
" Support on other general administration tasks.
Our ideal candidate would have the below skill set:
" Experience in a customer focused environment
" Experience in completing administration-based duties
" Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
" Excellent customer service skills
" Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
This role is available to start immediately, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
