Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Administrator`s to work with one of our public sector clients in Northampton.

Key purpose of the role

Answering calls from customers and helping with application
Operating office and court equipment
Resulting, checking accuracy and completeness against guidelines or a proforma, e.g. issuing jury payments
Collecting and delivering files and bundles to the judiciary and clerks ensuring they have the necessary papers
Creating and/or maintaining databases , lists, manuals
Completing documents including standard letters, forms, applications, orders, records, registers, statistics etc

A successful candidate must:

Have extended experience in admin sector
Have a strong communications skills
Have a good IT skills
Be able to remain calm under pressure
Be able to work with very confidential and sensitive information
Be able to provide 3 years of referencing
There may also be some helpdesk work involved.


You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £9.06 per hour which is paid weekly, this will then rise to £9.78 p/h after working 12 weeks. You will also accrue holiday as you work. This is also a 12 month contract.
