Role - Customer Service Administrator
Location - Maidstone
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
Duration - 6 months with possible extension
Role Type - Long term temp
Pay - £11.81 per hour
We are looking for 2x Claims Handler to support a local insurance company in Maidstone.
No previous experience in Insurance is needed however you need to have experience within Customer Service and administration, able to work in a busy environment with targets and confident using technology.
This will be a busy, varied role where you need to be very organised, thorough, motivated and able to multitask. You need to have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
Duties will include
-High Levels of Customer Service
-Data entry on a CRM system
-liaising with several contacts at any one time
-Accurate note taking of claims
-Updating policy details
