Customer Service Administrators required in Northampton city centre.
We are currently recruiting some fantastic long-term Temporary opportunities with one of our public sector clients in Northampton city centre.
Key duties include:
Answering calls from customers and helping with applications
Operating office and court equipment
Resulting, checking accuracy and completeness against guidelines or a proforma, e.g. issuing jury payments
Collecting and delivering files and bundles to the judiciary and clerks ensuring they have the necessary papers
Creating and/or maintaining databases , lists, manuals
Completing documents including standard letters, forms, applications, orders, records, registers, statistics etc
Have experience within administration role
Have a strong communications skills
Have good IT skills
Be able to remain calm under pressure
Be able to work with very confidential and sensitive information
Be able to provide 3 years of referencing
There may also be some helpdesk work involved.
Standard hours are 37 hours per week Monday - Friday
Pay rate of £9.78 p/h You will also accrue holiday as you work.
This is also a 12-month temporary position.
