Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

Location: Sheffield

Job Type: Temporary

Sector: Public Sector and Government

Pay: £9.62

Hours: 17:30-20:30 Monday-Friday

Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of a public sector client based in the Sheffield area. In this role you will become a part of the customer service team to complete case work and assist the public domain with their visa and immigration applications.

What will be my day to day?

Within this role your daily tasks will be as follows:

  • Processing work via customer service and administration
  • Resolve queries as efficiently as possible
  • Schedule and prioritise own workload
  • Speak with internal and external public domain via telephone and face to face
